2. Orders & Delivery

We sell predesigned residential house plans and may offer plan modifications, digital downloads, printed sets, and related services. The contents and format of each plan package are described on its product page. Digital files are generally made available after payment is processed; custom services and printed items may require additional processing or delivery time.

Please review the selected plan, dimensions, foundation option, package contents, and order details before completing your purchase.

3. Plan Licensing & Copyright

Unless a different license is expressly included with your purchase, purchasing a house plan grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased drawings to construct one home at one building site. Purchasing a plan does not transfer ownership of the drawings or their copyright.

You may provide copies to your builder, engineers, and permitting officials as needed for that authorized project. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or reuse the plans for additional construction projects without written permission from the applicable rights holder.

4. Building Codes, Permits & Site Conditions

House plans are not guaranteed to meet the building codes, zoning rules, energy requirements, or permit standards of every location. Local requirements, soil conditions, wind or seismic loads, property setbacks, and site characteristics can affect whether a plan can be built as shown.

Before construction, you are responsible for confirming site suitability and obtaining all required approvals. You may need a locally licensed architect, engineer, or other qualified professional to review, adapt, or seal the plans.

5. Plan Modifications & Additional Services

Changes to a house plan, such as reversing the layout, converting wall framing, or preparing a material takeoff, may be purchased separately when offered. Additional work is limited to the scope identified in the order or subsequent written agreement. Modifications do not eliminate the need for local professional review or approvals.

6. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

Prices, optional upgrades, applicable taxes, and any shipping charges are presented during the shopping and checkout process. Orders are subject to payment authorization and confirmation.

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our separately published Refund Policy and applicable law. Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly for digital files and custom work.

7. Plan Information & Construction Costs

We make reasonable efforts to describe our plans accurately; however, measurements, illustrations, specifications, and product information should be independently verified before construction. Renderings are illustrative and may show optional features.

Construction costs, material availability, schedules, and permit outcomes depend on local conditions and third parties. We do not guarantee a specific construction price or permit approval.

8. Website Use & Responsibility

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or reproduce website content without authorization. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our services and digital products are provided subject to the express terms stated at purchase, and we do not assume responsibility for construction work performed by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
