At DirectHomePlans.com, we offer architectural house plans in digital formats and, when selected, printed plan sets. This policy explains how orders are delivered and what to expect when purchasing physical plan copies.
Digital House Plans
Most of our house plan products are supplied digitally. Digital orders do not require physical shipping. After payment and any required order review, eligible plan files will be made available through the download method stated in your order confirmation or customer account. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us.
Printed Plan Sets
If you purchase printed plan sets, they will be prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Printed sets are an optional physical product and are not included with a digital-only purchase unless expressly stated in the product description.
