Meet THE DESIGNERS
The People Behind the Plans
More Than Plans. A Personal Connection.
Hi, we’re Lester Walton Jr. and David Kinkade, the partners behind WalKin Designs and DirectHomePlans.com.
Our journey began at the University of Memphis, where a shared passion for architecture grew into a lasting friendship and business partnership.
With backgrounds in architectural drafting, residential renovations, and real estate, we approach every design with an understanding of how homes are planned, built, and lived in.
We believe finding the right house plan is about more than square footage and bedrooms. It’s about creating a home that reflects your lifestyle, your vision, and your future.
